Thus, within the framework of the project, trainings, meetings and development-oriented sessions were organized in various directions with the participation of specialists who are members of the Unified Specialized Expert Network of DNT HUB as trainers and mentors.

The main goal of the “Future Careers” project is to support the academic and professional development of school and university students, especially young people from vulnerable social groups, to ensure career guidance and equal access to opportunities. In addition, the project aims to strengthen relations between the local professional community and young people, promote the exchange of knowledge and experience, develop a mentoring culture and contribute to long-term career development.
