Within the framework of the project, training services were organized for SMEs in various areas. The trainings mainly covered topics such as organization of production processes, marketing in business processes, "lean" approach, quality management, increasing operational efficiency, effective management of time and resources.

In general, the trainings conducted within the framework of the project and the consulting services provided to entrepreneurs in parallel supported the development of SMEs' skills in the field of management and production and the more efficient organization of their activities.
